Client Relationship Consultant Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers through in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels.
- Engage customers with a digital‑first mindset while assessing and attending to their banking needs.
- Obtain and process customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
- Proactively outreach and follow up to deepen client relationships.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products to meet financial needs.
- Leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically a minimum of 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required; subject to criminal background and credit check.
- Must maintain satisfactory NMLS registration, criminal, and credit records.
- Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Effective engagement and communication with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to identify and recommend solutions that meet customers’ needs both reactively and proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
