Overview
Multi Modality Imaging Technologists must work competently and independently in at least 2 out of 3 of the following modalities:
- General X Ray (X Ray, Fluoro, Surgery, Portables, and OR)
- CT
- MRI
Work Schedule: 0.5 FTE, 20 hours a week in CT. Evening hours (8 hours) - Some Monday and Friday shifts (may be either 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. midnight). Every other weekend 12 hours (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.). Holidays 2–3 per year (12 hours).
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an AMA (American Medical Association) approved school in Radiologic Technology
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
- ARRT in MRI within 1 year, if working in this modality (MR)
- ARRT in CT within 1 year, if working in this modality (CT)
- Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
