Job Description
The Faith Community Nurse is a health educator, personal health counselor, referral source, coordinator of volunteers, health advocate, and integrator of faith/health relationship, working with individuals, families and groups throughout all stages of life and socio-economic levels in faith communities. This position will be rews Church in Mahtomedi.
Work ScheduleCasual, Flexible
Required Qualifications- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Understanding of mind, body, and spirit and how it interrelates to health and wellness
- Faith Community Nurse Foundations Course
- Current WI RN license
- Med/Surg and/or community health nursing experience
