Mental Health Technician Swing Sun-Thurs

Full Time Technical – Stillwater, MN, US

Salary: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are looking for a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to support individuals on their journey to recovery. This role primarily involves direct client support, transportation, behavioral observation, medication support, environmental maintenance, facilitation of group activities, and emergency response.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background check:
  Pass ADP Selective Screening Services
• Valid driver’s license with at least 4 years of experience and no infractions in the past 4 years
• Physical requirements:
  
  work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., navigate stairs

• Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
• Professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
• Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred)

• Provide direct support to clients with daily activities
• Transport and ensure safety during scheduled activities and appointments
• Monitor behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
• Assist nursing team with medication self‑administration
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of residential facilities
• Lead and document recovery‑focused group sessions
• Adhere to safety protocols, conduct drills, and respond to crises
