Health Partners is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support the nursing team under a Registered Nurse, assisting with personal care, daily activities, mobility, and room setup while coordinating communications and chart assembly. You will help transport patients and supplies and ensure units run smoothly.
Schedule:
.7 FTE (28 hours per week), days (7am-3:30pm), with every other weekend and holiday.
Required:
HS diploma or equivalent, or CNA on the Minnesota Registry, plus current BLS
