Nestled in beautiful residential homes, our dedicated clinical team provides 24/7 care in a safe and supportive boutique setting with 6 clients per home. Our comprehensive clinical programming blends individual and group therapy with experiential therapies such as art, music, and equine therapy.

In addition to psychological evaluations, we prioritize getting to know each client's life story and personal history. This insight into their lived experience helps us craft a treatment plan that is as unique as they are, ensuring we address not just their symptoms, but the root causes of their struggles.

Who We're Looking For

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Background Check:
  Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
• Valid Driver's License:
  Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 3 years of licensed experience)
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

• Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
• Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
• Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)

As a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), you'll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Coordinates and supports clients during structured clinical programming, both on-site and in the community, ensuring the clients arrive on time to all scheduled activities, and ensures participant safety.
• Utilizes intervention and communication skills in working with clients, their families and significant others daily and in crisis.
• Rigorously adheres to all Joint Commission policies and procedures, including Waived Testing, Infection Prevention and Control, as well as Emergency Management and Environment of Care procedures.
• Proficiently navigate and utilize the electronic health record system to document client activities effectively
• Collaborate with the program nurse and clinical team regarding medication management, and monitor and report client behavior with medication side effects. Monitor and document client self-administration medications while coaching clients in self-management and documenting medications in accordance with the organization's policy on medication use.
• Maintain the integrity of the residences, ensuring optimal cleanliness at all times and keeping the area hygienic. Conduct orientation to new residents, including reviewing safety drills and locations of fire extinguishers, emergency evacuation diagrams, exit routes, evacuation procedures, and first-aid kits
