Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Annually
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm CST.
Location: This is a hybrid position. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are remote. Must be in office on Wednesdays to conduct New Hire Orientation.

Our flagship program offers intensive, highly personalized residential mental health treatment in small, home-like environments. With a 6-8 client ratio per home, we provide 24/7 support from a multidisciplinary clinical team, incorporating traditional therapy, experiential modalities (art, music, equine), and a deep focus on each client’s lived experience.Mission Connection: A flexible, hybrid program designed to meet clients where they are—both literally and clinically. This outpatient service combines in-person and telehealth care for adults with primary mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Mission Connection ensures consistent, personalized support that fits into the client’s real life.
Mission Prep: A dedicated adolescent program that works with teens and their families to create sustainable change. Focused on treating primary mental health challenges, Mission Prep offers a blend of proven therapies and innovative interventions in a supportive, home-like setting. Family involvement is central to the treatment process, helping lay the foundation for long‑term success and resilience.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top‑tier talent to support AMFM Healthcare’s mission. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, ensuring we bring in individuals who are not only qualified but also aligned with our culture of empathy, integrity, and excellence.
What You’ll Do:Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all hiring platforms.
Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as time‑to‑hire and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts.
Ensure seamless communication through the ADP recruitment module, keeping all candidate statuses up to date.
Monitor external job boards (Indeed, Linked In, etc.), optimizing postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals who align with AMFM Healthcare’s values and culture.
