Salary Range: $73,631.12 - $92,038.89 Salary/year
Expected compensation between $73,631.12 - $92038.89 per year. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and skills.
Position SummaryThis management position is responsible for overseeing IT operations and information security compliance and is responsible for ensuring the organization’s IT policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards.
This position will require a flexible, forward-thinking individual who can adapt to a changing work environment, is a team player, and is dedicated to providing quality internal customer service.
This role will provide support and leadership to the IT department while working closely with their Director. A willingness to take on additional responsibilities related to all AEC companies is essential in this position as the organization grows and needs expand.

- Works closely with leadership and IT colleagues to develop short and long-term goals and performance scorecard.
- Manages internal IT ticketing process. Identifies trends / recurring issues, coordinates with vendors on remediation.
- Works directly with departmental leaders to ensure end user compliance with IT and security standards.
- Manages IT change and communication with end users.
- Forecasts future hardware needs and manages inventory.
- Responds to and manages IT outage issues as they arise and provides status updates to leadership and staff and sees through to resolution.
- Manages LAN room safety and organization in all locations including the equipment destruction process.
- Directs the work efforts of subordinates with responsibility for recruiting, coaching, performance management, and pay reviews.
- Works cohesively with Manager peer group on common goals and projects with a focus on the patient experience and employee engagement.
- Approaches work with a technical and managerial mindset, requiring independent decision-making, data analysis, policy creation and review, program development, problem solving and issue resolution acumen.
- Prepares system & project proposals, including those related to risk management and disaster recovery plans.
- Acts as a liaison to, analyzes, reports and advises the Director of Business Operations on department and organizational plans and projects, as well as ongoing developments within the industry. Keeps department staff informed on matters of policies, procedures and projects.
Supports the day-to-day operations of the IT department by identifying potential areas of IT Security compliance and privacy risks and ensures escalation to appropriate individuals or groups for corrective measure implementation.
Documents audit findings, risks, recommendations, and manages resulting action plans.
Develops and manages an information compliance program aligned with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Works with Data Hosting vendors to document the business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
Participates in coordinating end user security and awareness training.
Revises the HITECH security compliance program as necessary to comply with changes in the law, regulations, and changes to technical environments or business processes.
Performs ongoing and formal Security Risk Assessments, per federal guidelines, related to identifying areas for improvement or gaps that need to be addressed.
Other Essential Functions- Must be available to work outside of regular clinic hours and be able to travel to other AEC offices as needed
