Rate
: $65-71/hour W2
A highly organized and results-driven leader with experience implementing warehouse or manufacturing automation solutions, capable of coordinating facility, operations, engineering, vendor, and IT teams to deliver complex projects that improve productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and scalability.
The successful candidate should possess a blend of project leadership, warehouse operations knowledge, automation experience, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Experience- 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution center, or warehouse technology projects.
- Experience managing capital projects involving facility upgrades, automation equipment, and system implementations.
- Demonstrated success leading projects through planning, vendor selection, implementation, go-live, and operational stabilization.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and executive-level reporting.
- Warehouse automation and material handling equipment (MHE) implementations.
- Automated storage and retrieval systems, VLMs, VBMs, conveyors, sortation, and packaging automation.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
- Systems integration between automation equipment and enterprise platforms.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations environments
- Ability to manage multiple work streams, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong governance, planning, and execution discipline.
- Excellent issue resolution and risk management capabilities.
- Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, material flow, fulfillment, and automation technologies.
- Ability to bridge conversations between operations, engineering, and IT teams.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to align business, operations, engineering, finance, sourcing, and technology teams around common objectives.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and operational transformation.
- Experience developing training, communications, and adoption strategies to support new ways of working.
- Ability to manage projects with clear ROI expectations.
- Comfortable evaluating productivity improvements, labor savings, safety benefits, inventory accuracy gains, and space utilization improvements resulting from automation investments
