Production Specialist ; 2nd Shift

Job Scope

Execute filling, filling support processes, and in-process quality control checks according to SOPs on the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Maintain working knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to company policies. Set up and operate filling equipment in clean room and non‑clean room environments to produce work in process and finished components.

• Complete cGMP filling documentation.
• Clean, prepare, and set up production equipment for processing operations.
• Operate production equipment in clean room and non‑clean room environment.
• Perform in‑process quality checks for specific quality attributes (fill check, torque check, label check, etc.). Inspect product for defects and conformance to quality standards.
• Clean work area and production equipment. Decontaminate work surfaces in accordance with defined procedures.
• Be aware of and understand the hazards specific to your work area and follow appropriate safety precautions to control them.
• Demonstrate competency in Diasorin's safety policies and procedures and be aware of the hazards specific to the work area.

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years manufacturing experience in a related field required.
• Experience in biotechnology/medical device fields preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Ability to use basic math functions in documentation process.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
• Attention to detail.
• Independently operate all machinery as assigned.

The hourly range for this position is $18.24 - $22.53. The compensation range reflects factors such as education, skills, work experience, and certifications.
