Overview
RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus at Home Health Care, Inc.
Location:
Minnesota counties served.
Schedule:
FT or PT with flexible on-call/weekends. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year plus $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers
- Provide education and resources for families and caregivers
