Schedule
:
This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs.

:
Hospital setting in Stillwater, MN.

Pay Rate
:
Up to $85/hour depending on experience.

• Perform patient‑centered, safe, effective, and timely patient care based on the specific needs of ICU patients within the scope of a registered nurse
• Communicate effectively with ICU patients and families, providing timely updates
• Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member
• Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health‑care team members across the organization
• Maintain and update clinical knowledge and certifications as appropriate

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in nursing
• Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or holding a Wisconsin RN license and Minnesota board‑registered state license
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
• Previous critical care or telemetry experience preferred
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation
