• Assist with billing inquiries
• Resolve customer disputes concerning billing and shipping errors by researching accounts
• Customer service
• Credit review and extensions
• Collections

• Must be bilingual - French / English
• Knowledge of Excel and Word - (strong computer skills required)
• Must be able to work full time, onsite, in Tulsa, OK
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
• Previous experience in accounting is not required for this role if you are a degreed professional with strong communication skills
