Basic Purpose
Provide balancing of files to and from SAP ERP to systems to various other processing systems and services. Research issues between Loves and its suppliers concerning payments and/or credits. Provide training/guidance to general AP clerks.
Job Functions- Balancing incoming files to SAP ERP system.
- Communicate with suppliers concerning issues with payments, duplicate payments, missing invoices or credit memos.
- Partner and communicate with invoice approvers to ensure accurate contact information for suppliers, accurate invoice amounts and review and approve the invoice.
- Monitor aging unreconciled transactions such as unpaid invoices and uncollected credit memos to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payables/clearings.
- Prepare monthly reports pertaining to subledger aging, uncollected employee receivable, and uncollected virtual card payments to review with AP management team.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in payables.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to recognize trends.
- Ability to reconciliation General Ledger accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
