As aPatient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out, making every visit feel personal and stress‑free.

Schedule:

• $14-17/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
