The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the automotive service industry. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.

Check and top off fluids, inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and other key vehicle components.

Perform multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and tools.

Follow all safety and manufacturer maintenance guidelines.

Communicate any service recommendations or concerns to Service Advisors or management.

Assist in keeping customer vehicles and the dealership property clean and professional.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous lube or general maintenance experience preferred but not required — training provided.

Basic mechanical aptitude and passion for automotive work.

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
