The Sales Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for managing and migrating sales data, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, and generating actionable insights for executive leadership. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and cross‑functional departments including supply chain, engineering, and finance.
Key Responsibilities CRM & Data Management- Migrate and integrate sales and customer data from Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Oversee clean, structured, and up-to-date CRM records across all accounts, contacts, and opportunities and call out deficiencies
- Develop and enforce data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of CRM entries
- Create and manage custom fields and forms in CRM to capture product‑specific data
- Monitor CRM usage across the sales team and audit for missing or inconsistent data
- Build and maintain automated workflows and alerts to support opportunity tracking and follow‑ups
- Collaborate with IT administrators to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements
- Ensure CRM data is properly linked to ERP systems for seamless order‑to‑cash and demand planning processes
- Support user training and onboarding for new sales team members on CRM best practices
- Track and measure sales opportunities against budget targets and performance multiples
- Monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks or gaps
- Ensure consistent and complete data capture for all opportunities
- Link CRM pipeline data to budget forecasts to assess performance and identify shortfalls or over performance
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for:
- Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue
- Sales by industry, salesperson, and product type
- Performance against budget and historical trends
- Opportunity conversion rates and sales stage progression
- Create and refine KPIs and metrics for senior and executive management
- Partner with sales reps to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Provide training and support on CRM and reporting tools
- Facilitate regular reviews of pipeline data and performance metrics
- Generate and analyze booking and revenue reports across time frames (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Develop dashboards that link CRM pipeline to budget forecasts
- Identify opportunities that contribute to meeting or missing budget targets
- Provide insights into areas of over performance or underperformance
- Align CRM and ERP data for seamless order‑to‑cash processes
- Support forecasting and raw material planning through accurate opportunity data
- Assist in developing automated workflows between CRM and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Data Engineering, Information Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (with data focus)
