Construction Laborer
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining erosion control devices and operating various equipment, while ensuring all work meets site specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Install and maintain erosion control devices such as silt fences, erosion control blankets, wattles, mulch bags, and other Best Management Practices (BMPs).
- Operate equipment including tractors, skid steers, and hand tools such as shovels, staple guns, and utility knives.
- Ensure all work meets site specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly care for tools.
- Interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Assist with or eventually lead small crews as skills develop.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience in construction general labor and commercial construction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Proficient in landscaping and equipment operation.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- OSHA 10 certification is required.

Work Environment
This position requires working outdoors year-round. The typical shift is from 7:30am to 3:00pm or until the job is done. The role involves traveling to project sites primarily located in Olathe, KS.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
