Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily logs with intent to inform the customer of the work that was performed that day
- Assist with material procurement and take-offs
- Assist with project planning and site staging
- Assist with material and/or equipment delivery
- Make site visits to assist crews with problem solving and plan execution
- Qualify material packs and prepare returns
- Identify and elevate problems to the Director as needed
- Filter communication between the Director and subcontractors on site
- Create and successfully execute punch lists
- At least 5 years of experience in residential or commercial renovation, construction, or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read plans and perform material take-offs
- Comfortable communicating with customers, crews, and subcontractors
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
- Working knowledge of construction materials, sequencing, and site logistics
