Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural Inspector to support an active construction project in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
The CSA Inspector will monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and established inspection requirements. This individual will document field observations, identify deficiencies, communicate concerns to project stakeholders, and help ensure that civil, structural, and architectural work is completed accurately and safely.
- Compensation
: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour with potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications - Per Diem
: $161 per day for eligible employees, subject to company policy and applicable tax requirements - Schedule

The ideal candidate has three to five years of commercial or industrial construction experience, can confidently interpret construction drawings and specifications, and is comfortable working in an active jobsite environment. Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects is highly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform field inspections of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.
- Review construction work for compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes.
- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.
- Inspect concrete placement, reinforcing steel, structural steel, foundations, site utilities, and architectural finishes.
- Verify that materials, installation methods, and completed work meet project requirements.
- Observe construction activities and document inspection findings accurately and promptly.
- Prepare daily inspection reports, field notes, photographs, punch-list items, and other required project documentation.
- Identify deficiencies, deviations, or potential quality concerns and communicate them to the appropriate project team members.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on identified deficiencies through resolution.
- Participate in project meetings, coordination discussions, site walks, and quality reviews as requested.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, project managers, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Use tablets and construction management software to record, organize, and submit inspection documentation.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project.
- Maintain organized and accurate inspection records.
- Follow all company, project, client, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Perform other related duties based on project needs.
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
- Experience supporting mission-critical construction.
- Data center construction experience.
- Experience using one or more of the following

Procore/BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud - Similar construction management or inspection software
- Relevant inspection certifications, such as ACI, ICC- AWS/CWI, NICET, or comparable credentials.
- Experience preparing nonconformance reports, punch lists, corrective-action documentation, or quality-control reports.
- Experience working with general contractors, owners’ representatives, engineering firms, or third-party inspection teams.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field inspection practices.
- Ability to compare field conditions against drawings and specifications.
- Ability to recognize incomplete, noncompliant, or potentially defective work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inspection priorities and documentation deadlines.
- Professional judgment and confidence when communicating field concerns.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with contractors and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency with email, electronic documentation, tablets, and web-based construction platforms.
- High school diploma or GED.
