Our Stillwater location represents Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram—and we’re looking for a Service Advisor who delivers honest communication, premium customer service, and performance-driven results.

What You’ll DoGreet and assist service guests, building relationships through transparency and communication.
Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs.
Review multi-point inspections, prioritize repair options, and educate customers on next steps.
Coordinate workflow with technicians, parts, and warranty administrators.
Communicate updates, secure approvals, and review invoices at delivery.
Recommend maintenance and repair services aligned with OEM guidelines and customer safety.
Meet performance goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (1–3+ years).
Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Dealer track, or Reynolds).
Strong communication and organizational skills with a professional, customer-first mindset.
Automotive knowledge and ability to translate technical information clearly.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Compensation: $48,000 – $180,000 annually (based on performance and experience).
