Dental Assistant

We are hiring for a full-time Dental Assistant at our private practice in El Reno! We are a two doctor practice with no corporate ties whatsoever, and are conveniently located right off of I-40 just outside of Yukon. We focus on treating our patients like family, providing quality care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment. We aren't in contract with Soonercare, Medicaid, etc.,

so we are able to focus on the patient experience, providing as personalized of an experience as possible.

What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is bubbly and positive, and works well with others. Someone who loves to learn and improve their skills. Our ideal candidate is an individual who views dental assisting as a long-term career, rather than a stepping stone to another career path. While we are open to hiring someone without dental office experience, we would prefer that the candidate have at least been through a dental assisting program to learn basic terms, procedures, etc.

About the Role:

Hiring for 4 days per week (approx. 32-36 hours per week); with the days/hours:

• Tuesdays: 8:30AM-5:00PM; with morning huddle at 8:15AM, arrive early enough to set up and prepare for your day. Lunch from 1:00PM-2:00PM
• Wednesdays: 8:30AM-5:00PM; with morning huddle at 8:15AM, arrive early enough to set up and prepare for your day. We take lunch together on Wednesdays, lunch is from 12:30PM-2:00PM and is paid, and doctors buy lunch each week!
• Thursdays: 8:30AM-5:00PM; with morning huddle at 8:15AM, arrive early enough to set up and prepare for your day. Lunch from 1:00PM-2:00PM
• Fridays: 8:30AM-3:00PM; 30 minute break for lunch is worked into the day, shorter so that we can finish early for the weekend. Morning huddle at 8:15AM, arrive early enough to set up and prepare for your day.
