Responsibilities- Teach freshman composition or technical writing.
- Must be able to teach during the day.
- Must hold office hours and conference with students.
- MA in English or related field, or at least 18 completed graduate hours in English (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date).
- MA in English, Rhetoric, Composition, or Technical Writing is preferred. Related degrees in Fine Arts, English Education, and Reading/Literacy may be considered.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
- Experience using technology or a strong willingness to engage students through the use of technology is preferred.
This position is contingent upon availability of funding. Position will remain open until filled.
