Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the Peer Coach/Mentor position. This role involves serving as study leaders, sharing effective learning and study strategies with assigned students, and helping to clarify and reinforce course content, assignments, and material, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a passion for supporting fellow students.

- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Must be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions on record.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Genuine interest in helping other students succeed academically, socially, and personally.
- Ability to balance academic responsibilities with the time commitment required for mentoring.
- Familiarity with college resources, services, and programs available to students.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or potential, with experience in student organizations, volunteer work, or other leadership roles considered a plus.
