WECTEC seeks a Blade Technician to perform inspections, defect analysis, and repairs (Cat 3–5) on fiberglass/composite blades, spinners and nacelles. You report to the blade manager and will travel to sites nationwide.
The role requires 5+ years in wind or 1 year field experience with a Wind Tech program, plus Tower Safety, LOTO, and platform rigging training; a clean background check and valid license are essential. Competitive benefits and paid vacations offered.
