Description

We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Agent to join our team. As a Commissioning Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are commissioned to meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

Project Commissioning

  • Lead and manage the commissioning process for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans.

Systems Testing and Verification

  • Conduct thorough testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to validate their functionality and performance.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues during the commissioning process.

Documentation

  • Generate detailed commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, and system manuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities and findings.

Coordination and Communication

  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure a smooth and efficient commissioning process.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.

Training and Handover

  • Provide training to end‑users on the operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
  • Facilitate a seamless handover of projects from commissioning to operational phases.

Troubleshooting

  • Analyze and troubleshoot system‑related issues, collaborating with relevant parties to implement effective solutions.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure ongoing system performance.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the commissioning process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of commissioning procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Commissioning Agent or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
