Position: Chemical Support Engineer - Pulp & Paper (Oklahoma)

What You'll Do
  • Maintain regular communication with sales management to keep stakeholders informed on account activity
  • Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Perform on‑site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs
  • Proactively address customer issues, collaborating with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions
  • Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisions
  • Partner with plant/process owners to lead and implement ongoing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
What You’ll Bring
  • B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred)
  • 1‑3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)
  • Documented results making process improvements, solving complex and non‑routine technical problems
  • Project management experience
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Good communication skills both written and oral with multiple organizational levels
  • Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
  • Ability to work with autonomy
  • Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses.
