85-26 Civil Engineer (PE) in Engineering:
Professional and technical work in the field of Civil Engineering in a municipal environment. The work consists of performing a variety of engineering and technical tasks to produce supporting designs and construction services on projects that are developed within the Engineering Department or as assigned. This individual may be involved with all aspects of the city's infrastructure including water and wastewater facilities, storm water facilities, sidewalks, roads, bridges, buildings, environmental permitting and flood control.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Biosystems, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with oversight, development and management of budgets is preferred. Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain Oklahoma P.E. license within six months of hire is preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Ability to obtain Oklahoma driver's license within thirty days of hire.
Starting Salary:85,820.80– DOQ annually plus a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
