Stillwater, OK | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite for first 6 months funded by company, then remote)
$110,000 Salary
We’re looking for an Application Engineer with a magnet and electrical background to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll translate application requirements and technical drawings into smart material and design recommendations—helping customers move from concept to solution.
What You’ll Do- Work directly with customers to understand application needs
- Translate drawings and requirements into magnet and material recommendations
- Support the quotation process and collaborate with manufacturing teams
- Contribute to technical presentations for customers and internal stakeholders
- Solve real-world engineering challenges across diverse applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–9 years of relevant engineering experience
- Magnet and electrical engineering background required
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, customer interaction, and seeing their work directly impact products
