PEC seeks a Team Lead to supervise and guide engineering design teams across disciplines, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will coordinate with PMs, clients, and technical staff to remove obstacles and maintain high-quality standards.
You will mentor staff, review designs, and foster collaboration while advancing site development challenges involving grading, drainage, utilities, and layout. ABET-accredited degree and 7+ years in engineering are preferred; PE license is a plus.
