Field Engineer
A rapidly growing construction organization is seeking a Field Coordinator to support large-scale Mission Critical and industrial construction projects. This individual will work directly with project leadership and field personnel to support daily operations, material coordination, documentation, scheduling support, quality tracking, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate is an early-career construction professional who is eager to learn, enjoys working in the field, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily field activities and operations.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with material coordination, quality, safety, and production processes.
- Engage in project management tasks, including communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Interact comfortably with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera 6 in project execution.
- Provide support for electrical and data center construction activities.
Essential
Skills:
- 0-3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project support.
- Background in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Ability to read and understand construction documentation.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills.
- Critical thinking ability.
- Self-motivated and coachable personality.
- Able to travel and work onsite.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
Primarily field-based, involving active construction sites. Collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and electricians is essential. Travel may be required, and the role includes a combination of job site and trailer/office work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
