Full Time

• Assist customers, loan officers and/or employee with various issues by phone
• Consistent execution of policies and procedures
• Work and clear loan exceptions
• Preparation of Loan documents
• Work with lenders and third party vendors to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner
• Share responsibility for the completion of all departmental objectives
• Other job duties as assigned

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Proficient in computer applications Microsoft Excel and Word
• High degree of speed and even higher degree of accuracy
• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
• Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
• Critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
• Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Work well under stress and deadline while managing multiple tasks
• Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department
• Excellent work ethic
• Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

• Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro
• General understanding of Banc First's products and services
• Keyboard skills

• Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
• Ability to operate a computer; telephone, photocopier, scanner, etc.
• Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
• Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
