A leading acute care hospital in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced RN Director to oversee the Medical, Rehab, and Surgical units
. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, quality outcomes, staffing management, and ensuring excellence in patient care across multiple departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader ready to drive performance, support clinical teams, and lead through system transitions and growth initiatives.

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Medical, Rehab & Surgical units
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental performance
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
• Support transition from Meditech to Epic EMR
• Collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• BSN required, master’s highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of nursing supervision experience
• Prefer 2+ years of Director-level experience
  , ideally managing multiple departments
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Meditech experience preferred;
  Epic experience strongly preferred

• Holidays on rotation
• Typical staffing ratio: 1:5
• Salary Range: $103,040 – $154,560 annually
