Title: Ultrasound Technologist – General
Location: Stillwater, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift – 3x12 hours (11:00–23:00)
The Ultrasound Technologist will perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures while working independently across multiple patient populations and care settings. The role requires strong competency in general, vascular, OB, and cardiac ultrasound due to working as the sole technologist at times.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Travel experience required
Ability to independently perform OB, general, echo, abdominal, small parts, and vascular studies
Comfortable scanning neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Meditech charting system
Teaching or community hospital experience
Experience with high-risk OB, PICU, and maternal-fetal medicine
Core Responsibilities:
Perform abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, vascular, neonatal, and small-parts ultrasound exams
Conduct Doppler, duplex, and color-flow vascular studies
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures such as biopsies, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and cyst aspiration
Support emergency, ICU, NICU, obstetric, and outpatient imaging needs
Maintain infection control, PPE compliance, and patient safety standards
Document studies accurately and communicate findings to providers
Equipment & Technical Skills:
Experience with Philips ultrasound equipment preferred
Strong competency in fetal imaging, vascular studies, and procedural guidance
