The Director of Care Management - Foster Care directs the care management team and oversees the care of members to develop and assess high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes. This role is ideal for experienced leaders in healthcare management looking to make a significant impact.

• Schedule: Full Time, Day shift
• Residency: Must reside within Oklahoma or be willing to relocate

• Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including the care management model and staffing.
• Oversee care management team performance, improvement, and talent management.
• Set goals and objectives for the care management team and oversee data and reporting metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for federal, state, and NCQA standards.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in Payer Care Management.
• Lead process improvements for the care management team.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical care pathways.
• Develop care management strategies and provide recommendations.
• Develop department budget while collaborating with senior leadership.
• Develop the strategy for onboarding, hiring, and training new team members.

• Bachelor's degree required

• 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience

• Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Nationally recognized case management certification required
