We are a senior care community that offers flexible scheduling. We pay our Private Caregivers a competitive wage of $14.50/hour. Our team also enjoys great benefits, including hotel discounts, flexible schedules, and educational support opportunities.

• Providing companionship
• Providing the assistance needed in activities of daily living
• Providing emotional support, patience and reassurance to residents
• Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment for those acclimating to a new home setting
• Provide basic education and reminders to residents on safe movement, use of assistive devices and self-care plans.
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with grooming, dressing or eating
• Every bit of direct care you provide meets and exceeds expectations, and you feel good being a light in the lives of these individual seniors

• Previous caregiving experience
• A heart for serving seniors
• CNA certification is preferred but not required
• Experience with dementia or geriatrics would be beneficial
