Gentiva is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients' homes or facilities. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and emotional support while documenting visits and following safety protocols.
Requirements include an active CNA license in the state, CPR certification, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and at least 6 months of direct patient care experience. Home health or hospice experience is a plus.
