• Source, screen, and interview professionals including clinical and non-clinical candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
• Utilize job boards, Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, and ATS systems to identify qualified candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing, provider recruitment, or healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Linked In Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, medical office staff, or healthcare leadership positions.
• Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, or healthcare onboarding processes.
