Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with evenings and weekends scheduled for events and games.

Appointment Length:
Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice

Hiring Range: $16.21 – $28.50 hourly

Provide support for the entire Athletic Department’s technology infrastructure, assist with events for all IT equipment, provide server support, implement technology projects, deliver desk‑side support, and coordinate PCI compliance for the department.

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before the agreed‑upon start date)
• Computer Specialist I: HS/GED and six years related experience with a requirement to receive a bachelor’s degree within six years of hire, OR bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience.
• Certifications, registrations, and/or licenses:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel between sites; A+, Net+
• Skills, proficiencies, and/or knowledge:
  Experience working with a wide variety of computer brands, printers, and software products. General knowledge of communications and LAN protocols, consistent troubleshooting techniques, and equipment. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of computer‑related problems both hardware and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
