Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain and enhance our multifamily community in Stillwater. You will resolve resident maintenance issues quickly and safely, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with on-call rotations.
The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and weekend/on-call availability. Pool service knowledge and a high school diploma are preferred;
