- Proficiency with Outlook and scheduling programs
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

An affinity for being around people, forming quality relationships, and having vital conversations with residents, staff, and family members would be helpful. Situations can change quickly based on residents’ needs, so it would be beneficial to have an adaptable and flexible mindset.
YOUR IMPACT AS OUR INDEPENDENT LIVING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTORYou’ll be the one overseeing our residential care services and ensuring we appropriately meet residents’ medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social needs. The ideal fit is an outgoing person who can create real relationships with our residents and help support their emotional well-being through daily greetings and friendly interactions.
You’ll coordinate with staff members and the residents’ families to make sure every individual has their needs properly met and support their quality of life. In addition to compassionate care services, you’ll also help our marketing team develop fresh new strategies for promoting our services and attracting new residents to the building.
