Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Intern will support a broad range of day‑to‑day manufacturing activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a production environment. This is a learning‑focused role that provides exposure to manufacturing processes, documentation, quality, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day‑to‑day manufacturing and production activities.
  • Help document and organize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving basic production issues.
  • Support improvements to manufacturing processes and work areas.
  • Work with production, quality, materials, and other team members as needed.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment.
  • Take on other manufacturing‑related tasks and projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills &Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
  • Strong willingness tolearn and takeon a varietyof hands‑ontasks
  • Good problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with othersin a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Currently enrolled in a college or technical program.
  • Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands‑on technical work.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team.
  • College student pursuing a degree or technical program in any relevant field.
  • Engineering degree or engineering experience is not required.
