Supervise, provide, and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and assess residents’ care needs, taking appropriate action. Commit to person‑centered care by embracing and following the facility’s goal of person‑centered care, demonstrating and supporting individual resident choice and controlled resident‑preferred routines in all aspects of daily living.

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care activities.
• Assess resident care needs and take appropriate action.
• Support person‑centered care and resident choice.

• Current nursing license in the State in good standing.
• Preferred supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Effective documentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State, and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ability to direct, delegate, and follow‑up on resident care programs.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Ability to use and demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment.
• Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment.
