Laboratory Technician
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about quality? We're seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team and play a key role in testing raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products
Conduct testing for:
- Density
- Compression
- Tensile Strength/Adhesion
- Thermal Conductivity
Prepare, measure, and handle product samples for testing
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment
Accurately record, analyze, and report test results
Compare test results to established specifications and procedures
Assist with quality control initiatives and product development testing
Follow standardized test methods, work instructions, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
QualificationsPrevious laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or testing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and testing instructions
Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift, carry, and handle product samples and testing materials
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy
Ability to work safely around laboratory equipment and testing machinery
