About This Position
The Oklahoma State University (OSU) College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) is seeking an Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies. The Associate Dean has leadership and administrative responsibilities for CVM research and graduate education programs and reports directly to the Dean of the CVM.
Major Responsibilities- Oversee the CVM's research strategic plan, coordinating resources and opportunities to promote and develop sustainable research strengths.
- Provide leadership and administrative support to the CVM research programs.
- Manage and facilitate the flow of research funding to the CVM.
- Manage central research coordination and budgets.
- Provide professional and public relations that promotes the research environment of the CVM.
- Ph.D./Ed.D. in biomedical sciences (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date).
- Five plus years of related experience.
