Front Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate

Stillwater Building Center is hiring a Front Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new products, and being part of a team. No prior building materials or sales experience is required—we provide on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter and by phone
• Help customers find products and answer basic questions
• Process sales transactions, returns, and payments accurately
• Coordinate customer pickups and communicate with store staff
• Keep the front counter and sales floor clean and organized
• Follow company procedures for orders, payments, and customer service

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and people skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift moderate weight items as needed

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
