Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our customer base.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions that align with their business goals.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review account status and identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
