Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals for Trophy Insurance Solutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and potential clients across the Oklahoma territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reach and customer base for our insurance products.
Provide ongoing training and support to our partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively represent our offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats within the territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
RequirementsStrong understanding of insurance products and the Oklahoma market.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
