As a Product Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers exploring our wide range of vehicles. From the initial greeting to finalizing the sale, you'll provide personalized service, expert guidance, and a seamless buying experience. You'll work closely with our finance and service departments to ensure every customer leaves confident and excited about their purchase.

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude.

• Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing of Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, and pre-owned models.
• Conduct engaging test drives and highlight vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to streamline the buying process.
• Assist with financing options, warranties, and trade-in evaluations.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
