Regional Director of Business Development
Location:
Oklahoma Salary: $120K to $140K (based on experience)
Qualifications:
- MUST have 2-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care business development
- Proven track record of driving census growth and building referral pipelines
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong relationships within the Oklahoma healthcare market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
- Lead and execute business development strategy across the Oklahoma market
- Drive census growth and referral development across multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key referral sources
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to identify growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on performance goals
- Support new facility integrations, program development, and service line expansion
- Maintain a strong presence in the field, including hospital visits and partnership meetings
